What is Wood Coating?

Wood coatings are natural coatings obtained from wood surfaces with special machines in certain thicknesses as a result of a certain process. Such coatings are glued onto 6 mm MDF with a special process to create the surface used in wood coated doors.

What are the Technical Features of Wood Coating?

Wood coated door leaf thickness is 42 mm, the thickness of the MDF panel is 6 mm, and the thickness of the used stile is 30 mm. The edge stiles are obtained from solid spruce or fir tree resistant to moisture between 10% and 14%. Honeycomb filling made of Kraft paper with air holes is placed on this frame, which is reinforced in the lock and hinge areas.

No painting is required on wood coated door surfaces. Only polishing is applied to wood coated door models. Wood coated door leaf is prepared in the desired dimensions. In addition, it can be produced in the desired dimensions as a room and WC door. It is also possible to produce it in the desired width as a double wing.
